Drying of fruits is carried out in special ovens with hot air blowing under the constant supervision of specialists who, at the final stages, select finished products and evenly distribute the remaining raw materials for drying.
This approach allows you to delicately process the original products and ensures 100% accuracy of the moisture level in the processed fruits entering the preservation line.
