First stage

Second stage Drying of fruit is performed in special convection machines by blowing hot air under constant supervision of specialists, who at the final stages select the finished products and evenly distribute the remaining raw materials for additional drying. This approach allows delicate processing of the initial products and ensures 100% accuracy of the moisture level in the processed fruit arriving at the canning line
